An 8 Week Jumpstart called Transform & Perform Challenge that includes small group personal training to build strength and lean muscle, and metabolic conditioning training that is fun and challenging while burning a lot of calories; supported along the way with nutrition coaching and accountability so that you get the best results possible, ones that will stick. Sessions are held in-person at Chicago Fit Performance and we also have an online options for those who prefer to workout from home.

Nutrition plays an important role in helping you get the best results and when you combine effective workouts and nutrition that fits your lifestyle it compounds success. I like to think it’s where 1 + 1 = 3! With that being said, here at CFP, we don’t believe in just counting calories or macros (if you like that, we got you too). 1. When does the program start?

The program officially starts on Monday, March 4th but you’ll be able to sign up before then to reserve your spot and get added to the Transform & Perform Community.

2. Who is this for?

The CFP Transform & Perform 8-week Challenge is for ANYONE, everyone who is looking to:

3. What equipment do I need if I do it online?

The CFP Transform & Perform Challenge is something anyone can do. There are 3 programs to choose from:

  • Free-Weights (if you have access to a gym or gym equipment)

  • Kettlebell & Bodyweight Program

  • ZERO Equipment - All Bodyweight Program
     

This means no matter what you have access to you will be able to transform and perform! 

4. What days and times are your sessions? 

The CFP Transform & Perform Challenge entails 3x training sessions a week and here's the schedule:

  • Monday/Wednesday/Friday - 6:30 am, 8:30 am, 6:00 pm 

  • Tuesday/Thursday - 8:30 am

  • Saturday - 7:30 am

4. How much does it cost?

The CFP Transform & Perform 8-week Challenge has 2 options:

  • In person at the gym with a CFP coach - $65 per week (normally $80 a week)

  • Online from home - $45 per week (normally $55 a week)

  • For current CFP clients is one time payment of $90
